My first recording with my new recording stuff - no click, just wanted to write a psychedelic song that takes you somewhere and brings you back in a short time.

I was trying to write the song about religion and how i was tired of all the facebook zealots posting their crap but it turned out somewhat different as i struggled lyrically. I set the words to it totally after it was musically finished. The only lyrics I started out with were the " I don't know, you don't know , we don't know thingy. As it all turns out, it's kinda of a neat song about ummm well nothing really, just random thoughts! haha

I am very proud of the two guitar parts that lead into the space jam. They create a really neat landscape and it was a total accident. I use my DAW as a songwriting tool and rarely know where I'm going until I get there. If you listen close you can hear a closet door slam a split second before the electric guitars come in ( my wife cleaning house while I'm in the back room). LOL

I've climbed out of the worm hole
Got rid of all my baggage
I ran across some friends there
I gained some useful knowledge
The meaning of the story
is "catch it when you wake up"
and never leave your lover on a bar stool with the hiccups
